Well done, Phyllis! Your photos and commentary are such that I'm going to reblog. Great job!
Great Job! I always tell my clients to do nothing in preparation for the consult. So often they put away the wrong things ;).
Phyllis,
Each of the rooms look fantastic after your Staging! Beautiful job in each room you transformed. I love the furniture placement in each one and the colors that you used!
Exposing those windows made a huge difference. Nice placement too. Now you can see the real potential in each room.
Well done Phyllis.
I wouldn't have done any of that! and yet each place looks really nice and I bet they all sold, and sold well!! I love the way there is no right way of styling a home, so long as you focus on the key essentials - accentuate the positive, illustrate the lifestyle and up the value!!
As always, Phy, you are a Staging Goddess! Forget this Queen of C-Rap... as my now 9 year old son calls it!!! Hugs, J
Hey Juliet, it is so much fun to see how each of us may have staged these rooms differently. I love working with my assistant as we bounce off of each other and after several times, IT CLICKS and we say "THAT'S THE WINNER!!
Talk with you soon, Phyllis
