Last week I posted an interesting old survey that found the average agent works 20 hours on a transaction... that was back in 2002-2003 year so what about TODAY?

Anyone able to find a NAR ARTICLE on this?  I am still looking for the answer...

Well for starters... do you have idea of how many hours PER TRANSACTION you work?

On my last blog about this, I had 1 agent mention they worked an average of 116 hours...!

This sounds more like it... much more than the "20 hours" from the old survey I was reading.

Just curious... it is just something I'm really curious to know about to see how many "more" hours we are working for paycheck then before.

Thanks for your responses!  Tell me the hours you spend on Average for EACH TRANSACTION!

Interesting idea.  I will start tracking again and see how the hours look.
