I really wish with green technology and those that incorporate it in their house could be given credit for making more energy than they take...and get a credit for future bills or even a monthly check...that'd be nice...i think some places do that but I heard most utility companies/local governments don't and that's a shame...

It is hard to dig throughall of the information out there in regards to credits for energy savings, it is so new and truthfully a bit of a melee right now. I am just learning the ropes myself, but as I gain new knowledge I will post it here and to my other blog. www.greensolutionslending.com

Kirk Fox is a certified eco-broker here in Chicago who has been educating me on this whole process. He gave me this great website that breaks down all the state and federal incentives, grants, credits, rebates, etc. for energy efficiency, solar, wind power and other items that are in or are going to be in a residential or commercial green building.http://www.dsireusa.org/
