How are your markets doing concerning these tax credits that are about to expire?

Are you areas getting a surge in calls, a decrease or staying the same?

I have recieved a few last minute callers but it's been a week since hearing anyone else trying to claim the credits... I suppose they figured they are TOO LATE!

Well It's Not Too Late Until It's TOO LATE...!  Many do not realize they can write up the agreement of sale on the house and get the offer accepted before April 30th... then they don't realize they have until the end of JUNE to settle on it!

I suggest to anyone who has any desire to take advantage of this credit to see the Real Estate Agent ASAP as they are trained and can help you find the right home ... even if it is the LAST MINUTE !

I still can help at least 2 more families before this Credit Expires on April 30th 2010 !
