Buyers looking for new construction homes in Carlsbad in the La Costa area should consider the new neighborhood of Trieste, part of the La Costa Greens master planned community.

La Costa Greens has been a very popular community for buyers seeking new Carlsbad homes, and Trieste will be no exception. Children living in the community will attend the Carlsbad Unified School District (Poinsettia Elementary opening in 2007, Aviara Oaks Middle, and Carlsbad High School).

There are three general floor plans at Trieste, ranging in size from approximately 2,448 SF up to 2,745 SF, with 3 to 4 bedrooms (some homes offer a retreat and/or a den). One style offers the option of a 5^th bedroom in lieu of den. There are 2.5 to 4 baths depending on style and options. The smaller homes begin at $699,000 with the largest homes starting at $793,900; homes on the golf course are a premium and may run in the $900s.

The Trieste homes have wonderful features and finishes, including porches, stainless steel appliances (Bosch), granite or Caesarstone counters, and wood burning fireplaces, among other upgrades.
