Franklin TnFranklin TN Real Estate Values - Based of numbers captured by Zillow, The value of Franklin TN Real Estate decreased between 5 and 7 percent in the last 12 months, depending on area. Even with this decrease, you can see that long term, the investment in real estate has shown a 4 percent annualized increase for the last 10 years. This coming at the bottom of the Franklin Tn real estate market.

I suspect that investing in  Franklin Tn Real Estate will be a low risk, high return investment for the future.

This is a surprise to me, since I know that most people think that this is the bottom of the real estate market. I know my stocks haven't done this well.

Richard - Thanks for the comment. It's hard to believe that the tax credit has anything to do with it, but you never know. We'll see in July.
