This cute little vacant condo in Marietta, GA was in great shape when I first saw it with one exception -- the sun room needed a fresh coat of neutral paint. The homeowners obliged. Here are before & after shots:
Instead of the large zebra striped ottoman which you see in the (above) photo to the right, a couple of small animal print "cubes" were ordered, but they were unavailble. (You gotta be flexible in this business!)

This is what the homeowner (wife) had to say when she saw our pictures: When Chris showed me one of the photos, I didn't even realize it was my condo. I thought he was showing me potential properties to rent in California, and I told him the place looked really nice and to look into it! :) I had to chuckle.
This property was under contract in 2 months. Not a record, by any means, but with the high forclosure rate in Georgia, we'll take it. Both the homeowners agreed, "The staging is what made the difference."
