A new NAR study shows nearly 1 in 5 Realtors® sold a home to an international client in the past year. It would be interesting to see how that compares in Canada ... but we unfortunately don't have those stats. :P

There are some interesting stats in the report comparing the average international client with the average U.S. home buyer: what they buy, how much they spend, and how they pay for it. The profile of the average international client also includes why they buy properties for, where they buy properties, and where they come from. Lots of stuff that could be useful in marketing to this niche market.
