We are all in this together and we should be broadcasting all available help out there for our fellow human beings. These are tough times and if we can help just one family avoid the trauma of foreclosure we have made a worthy contribution to the cause.
My wife is the Mediation Coordinator with Clackamas County Community Solutions and she just forwarded to me some great resource information for folks who are in financial distress and in danger of having their homes foreclosed on. Oregon mediation organizations are trying to mobilize their members to get involved in this national crises. Most of the resources are Oregon specific but some are pertinent to other states as well.
I would like to share these resources with you in the hope that some of it will be of use to you whether you are a homeowner in distress or a broker looking to provide resources to someone in need.
