ActiveRain Referral Exchange ... anybody looking at it?

Are Washington agents and REALTORS monitoring ActiveRain's Referral Exchange?

In the past 24 hours I've posted 13 leads for Washington State Buyers and I'm really surprised not to have received any inquiries.  The lifespan of a web generated lead isn't very long.  To avoid conflicts of interest with our customers we are not asking any referral fees ... just a link from agent/broker sites.

Take a look at the exchange ... if a lead looks good, click the request button ... if you know someone in a lead's market area, send them an invitation to join so they can have a shot at the business.

Please comment if you've had an experience (good/bad) with exchanged referrals.

I looked through today as well.  But, sadly the WA leads are for the east side of the Sound.  Thanks for the update though,  I'll keep looking.

Larry - I had no idea you posted so many and didn't receive any response.  Glad I stumbled across some to start sharing.  Thank you so much for sharing with others.

I've looked and responded to one in So Cal - but never heard back from the agent.  She is new here in the Rain, my guess is that will be the last we hear from her.

Do you get any leads for So CAL?  Post away...

Thanks for the reminder - Looked at my state today.....it was interesting, an agent posting referral fee 100% (kinda high? usually see between 25-50%) and his buyers are looking for the impossible dream. Think I'll pass.
