Claudio Rielo with CTM eContracts at the 2010 Realtor Rally

Real Estate Agent with Metro Brokers Realty Oasis

In this BrokerIPTV video from the 2010 Realtor Rally in Denver, Kathy Soltero speaks with Claudio Rielo about CTM eContracts and how easy it is for realtors.

Interviewer: Hi I am Kathy Soltero with Today we are talking with Claudio Rielo from CTM eContracts; tell me about your company.

Claudio Rielo: Well CTM eContracts is a new technology in the market. That's why it's so successful. It brings a lot of efficiencies to the seller, buyers and the agent itself. New concept there is no PDF, it's just interactive documents, which the agents need that interaction simultaneously with all participants. At the same time, we have our own pattern in the signature, which brings also efficiency and contracting them and tracking another feature, which has unique from CTME contracts; that's why we are so successful in the market.

Interviewer: Tell me, is it compatible then with both like, different systems, and that sort of thing?

Claudio Rielo: It is compatible with Windows, Mac and we support five major browsers, the major browsers in the market, Internet Explorer, Google, all the browsers.

Interviewer: How long have you guys been out there?

Claudio Rielo: Seven years. We did contracts for four years but we have a whole list of products, we have real estate too, but we did contracts four years.

Interviewer: Do you think it really worked bugs out of them since the last four years?

Claudio Rielo: Oh, we did, we did and we constantly add new features to bring more value to the agent. We just launched on a loop plugging, which brings all the deadline from the contract to the Outlook, till Outlook is changed.

Interviewer: How is your system different than, say, some of the others?

Claudio Rielo: It's really a pure web-based system. Other systems you have to download components. With e-contracts, you could be anywhere in the world and just access online and accessing contracts, so it's pure web-based.

Interviewer: So they open up the contract, they can initial it, sign it and then does it stay on their page as well, or does it go directly to the investing agent?

Claudio Rielo: No it's a web based application, so it's staying that with data center but you can download everything as a PDF, other formats, you can download it for contract, or many documents or one, with a few clicks to your computer, if you need to sign in manually.

Interviewer: Is it expensive?

Claudio Rielo: No, it is about, it's starting at $19.50 a month and it goes up to $40.50 a month, depending on how many agents are using anything in the same office.

Interviewer: Oh, I see.

Claudio Rielo: Not expensive, really.

Interviewer: And if you are an individual, though, just doing it?

Claudio Rielo: Yeah, one single license is $19.50 a month and it's not expensive because it's so for the value of your business in the most efficient way, like never before. We also feature an integration between two econtract agents that bring an impressing efficiency for both parties in the transaction. So it's proving in the market that way in a daily basis agents are signing up for E contract for everyone.

Interviewer: Well thank you very much for sharing your company with us.

Claudio Rielo: Thank you.

Interviewer: And if you want more real estate-related videos, be sure to tune into
