How much will the FHA MIP effect your buyers?

Be sure your buyers have their FHA case numbers by April 4th to avoid the MIP increase on April 5th.

'Twas wondering how the .5% increase in FHA Mortgage Insurance Premium will affect buyer qualification and the dollar impact on loan amount and monthly payments for them.

Did a quick "Before and After" on a $300,000.00 sales price. Amazing things happen when I just stop and analyze.
