Every morning at 9:00am Pacific I get a flood of new reviews in my inbox from clients who have worked with our partner agents on a transaction, whether they closed or not. I always hold my breath for the occasional negative review but overwhelmingly the reviews are extremely positive. And just about once a week a review jumps out at me that really stands out from the crowd.
So we wanted to give the people really living the Redfin values around customer service some recognition and an extra shout-out. We'll give this program a try for a few weeks and if people like it we'll keep it going. So please comment if you find this interesting.
This week's review goes to Derek Oie, one of our very first partners in Redfin's referral program who joined back in February of 2009. Derek is the broker / owner of the Oie Group in Chino Hills and is also one of our most successful partners with 20 transactions closed or in contract since he joined the program.

What I love about this review is Derek's committment to letting the client move at their own pace and guiding them through the process with a strong focus on customer service, rather than going for the sale.
