It's that time again!

Save the day, October 6th, 2007 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, for the Ventana Canyon Neighborhood Garage Sale and Donation Day in Henderson, NV. 

This is a must attend!  Ventana Canyon is a community of 1296 homes located in Henderson, Nevada. 

Last year the there were more than 100 homes that participated and this year should be bigger and better!  In addition to the Garage Sale we are going to have a Local Charity Donation Truck within the community so that homeowners can donate unused items.  This event will be well advertised in the Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada area so that this Henderson, NV community can get maximum exposure.  I will post more updates as the event draws near!

Man I got all excited.  Ventana Canyon is a luxury golf course and community here in Tucson.  THAT would be the garage sale I want to go to!  Great local news though!

Yes.  Sam and I havve done this the last two years.  We both live in the community and know a lot of the neighbors.  It solidifies us as "THE Ventana Canyon" experts!  We also have marketing pieces made up with your Ventana Canyon Garage Sale Team so they remember who we are all year.  Then when its over we raffle of GCs from restaurants and stores in the area.  Its really a terrific way to seperate ourselves from the rest of the herd!

I did an open house in a neighborhood during their annual garage sale. I had almost no traffic but my daughter who came with me struck gold. The neighbors couldn't give her enough stuff for free. She turned down a bunch but I still had my car full when it was over!
