The out-of-pocket expense is only 1/2% ($1,000. for a $200,000. house) and the is no limit on sales price and it does not limit you to geographical areas as the USDA program does.
The bottom line is that there are products out there that make it easy to get into a home and not all buyers are aware of these products.
