If the roof is straight, foundation
square, location decent and heating/
plumbing up to snuff...consider a
HUD property priced to move! Why keep
renting? You could buy one, tweak it, and
rent it while it pays for itself due to the low
beginning price range you find yourself in with
these repos.
Sounds nice, but I've looked at a lot of them and sold a couple. They are not a bargain around here with the exception of perhaps a 203k.
They are discounted for condition and the buyer better plan on a lot of "conditioning".
