We've covered the importance of high quality photos.

Here are some photos from our new listing at 8202 Fortier Rd in the Town of Arena. This is a fantastic countryside retreat, which looks as good online as it does in person.

Have a great weekend,

Beautiful home Dan. The wide-angle photos do a great job of showing it off.

Images, photos help "paint" the picture of the place in the head of the buyer. Too many brokers take photos on the fly with a camera that has a lens front that looks like behind the couch, under the refrigerator and there is a milky white glaze, like a donut would have that needs to be removed, corrected thru software editing. Gobs of vaseline on that same lens could give the same cloudy impression. But when you look around, that's what a lot in the herd of realtors use, snap and call it "good enough" when it is not. Hope you sell this one quickly!

Beautiful home!  Obviously somebody's dream home and the acreage is awesome too.    Just curious what the taxes would be on something like that???

I used to have (15 years ago) buyers wanting to see 40 homes. Now they want to see 5. It's because the pictures online are helping the weed out homes to see.
