The May 2007 Standard & Poor/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices was released this morning with good news for the Metro-Denver area. For the 2nd month in a row, Denver homes prices ticked upward. The April/May change(%) was 0.5% and the May/April change(%) edged upward to 1.1%. However, the 1-year change (%) is still negative, -1.4%. With that being said lets look at the positive statistics and hope this trend continue through the rest of the year. We all know Colorado is a beautiful place to live and lets hope the Colorado real estate market follows in this view.
