King George VA Stats Looking Up!

Here you go guys! It looks like the news for King George County is getting better slowly but surely! In reviewing the stats today we are noticing some good traffic and new numbers are showing an increase from 2009. Total homes on the market as of today active are 200 in King George County. There are 67 homes currently under contract, although there are several short sales, and 28 sold last month, compared to 13 last year in March. The biggest thing we noticed for Sellers is the days on market. This is how long it takes to sell your home. In 2009 the average was 236, we are down to 102! With hard work, correct pricing and Buyer's coming back out, we are happy to see that number in half! We are excited about the improvement we are seeing and hopeful the market is turning! If you are looking to buy in King George County, it's a great time!
