The community of Carriage House Estates is located just over the Ashland/Holliston line on the streets of Old Cart Path, Praying Indian Way, Tea Party Lane and Mohawk Path. 

This elegant neighborhood was built by Fafard Construction, a premiere builder who has built numerous subdivisions in the Metrowest area including Sanctuary Estates in Natick.
