Cordoba Ranch is still in the finalization stages of the platting process, however this community is already taking reservations for home sites that range from 1/2 acre to over 2 acre lot sizes with prices ranging from $215-$250k.

Katrina, I have been watching the progress of this community, the front entrance is just beautiful. I can't wait to see the horses "occupy" the community. Thanks for the additional photos too.
