It's been a real interesting day. It really started the other night when I was watching President Clinton in a interview about how things have change and stayed the same from his days in the White House.  He made a statement that I've not been able to get out of my mind.  When he was elected President in 1992 there were on 50 web sites in the entire world and that why he was making that statement there was probably 50 new sites that just went up!!  Think about that--- the power of the computer!

While you are thinking about what President Clinton said here is how our business has changed.  Just today while at the lake I've listed a house, done a price reduction and wrote and got a contract accepted.  All using digital signatures.  How awesome is that fact?  That not even to mention the I also finished planning a dinner for 250 and make a on line contribution to Senator Blanche Lincoln.  Yes the World has changed and so has the Real Estate Business.

In closing here is one thing that has not change just how wonderful it is to set on the porch at the lake and listen to the rain and birds sings.  God truly has made this a wonderful place to live.

Take some time and smell the roses and the rain!

Nice after making such an observation of how much computers, technology and the internet has changed our world that you took a step back and enjoyed the nature.  Let's do our best to make sure some things never change.  I miss those days of the porch, the rain and the lake.  No better place to be.

Michael, it is just amazing how much technology is changing the way we lead our lives and do business.  It's great, but as you said, it's also nice to step away from it once in a while and just enjoy our beautfiul world.

Micheal - You are right. The technology has been changing rapidly, and it will continue to improve forever.

Nice reflection on how computers and technology have changed our way of doing business....but how it's important to take time to enjoy time offline.

I just came back from a one week seminar in Vegas where I did very little on my computer. So relaxing to get away from the fast pace world that the computers created.
