11 Comments on 10 Days of Outsourcing to Your Real Estate Virtual Assistant- Day 4
HI Laura, thank you for the post. I realize I need a VA to help with all the duties. There just is not time enough to blog, facebook, etc, etc, in the day.
Hi Bryan~ Your welcome! Sometimes its all the little things that add up to A LOT of time spent on the computer taking care of technical issues and distractions. Free yourself up to do what you need to be doing for your business:)
Bryan,
I have one currently and it is great. Thanks for posting this article Laura.
I am thinking it is time to look into a virtual assistant. I can't really keep an assistant busy all the time but most of the time it would sure help.
Hi Bryan~ You're welcome..I will post the other days very soon. Obviously you know these ideas are just simple things that can help keep things running smoothly :)
HI Randy~ Having assistance only when you need it is one of the biggest benefits of VA. Whether you have 1 listing a month or 20, or only need help 5 hours a month it has much fewwer hassles than an employee.
Laura - well if anyone needs justification for having a VA, you have certainly provided it.
Jeff
Laura, I'm a virtual assistant in Eugene, Oregon and concur with your post. Knowledgeable virtual assistants can be a big asset for Realtors in building their business. Right now I almost need a virtual assistant to assist me in supporting my clients.
Hi Jeff~ Thank you:) The hardest part is in knowing what to delegate I think.
Hi Rick! How are you!! I read your profile..you are from AZ just like me, and I have family in Portland now. I know exactly what you mean about needing your own VA..I have just brought on two additonal team members and could use a few more. Hope all is well!
Laura, Having someone do FB and Twitter etc is a luxury I would like to have sometime in future. Will contact you when I do. Thanks.
It's next to impossible to keep all sources updated withoout some assistance--it takes time to be at the top of your social media game!
Hello Laura,
Great timing! We just learned this fabulous time saver in my GRI class. Sounds great to me!
Thanks so much for the daily "drop" too. I look forward to learing more.
