FANTASTIC idea! This is the best idea I've read on AR in quite a while!
Cool site and great info Rene! Thanks for sharing it with us :)
Wow! You're so smart and so generous to share this with us. I just spent several hours this afternoon making a map and it looks like this tool would have done it in much less time. Can't wait to try it.
This looks like it is over my head, but I am going to print it out and take it one step at a time to see if I can do this. I have a website of subdivisions so this would be a dream if I can get it...
Richard: thanks... it's a great app and easy to use.
Melinda: Thanks for stopping by. How's things going in Grants Pass. I miss coming down to see y'all.
Lea: BatchGeo is the simplist program I've found yet for plotting properties on Google Maps.
Evelyn: Give it a try. If you have any challenges send me an email and I'll help you out.
René Thanks for posting this for everyone to use. I think it could be a very powerful tool for agents who want to be known for their knowledge of a specific targeted area. I am looking forward to rolling it out on my site soon.
Thanks Scott... I'm looking forward to the bloggers forum this Thursday... see you there.
Rene I love this post and would love to try this out and reading the comments I see you SHARE. Your contribution is awesome! Regards from Ann Arbor, MI
You can also embed street view on your web page. It is like having a free virtual tour of the street the listing is on.

Nice tip on BatchGeo. Spreadsheet to map is a great feature for someone who spends as much time in Excel as me.
Kathy: Thanks so much for stopping by and regards to from Renton, WA... It's the easiest app I've found. You should be able to plot properties on Google in a few minutes.
Douglas: I love the way you're using street view on your site... nice site by the way.
John: Me too (Excel) and I was so excited when I could just simply highlight an area of the spreadsheet and paste it into their site...
This is a great tool, I also suggest you do it in Flickr, Picasa and other sites that Google loves. I try to do this with all my listing with GEO tags and Google does notice. So, you were creeping up on 100,000 and they you went missing? Where are you my friend?
Hi Todd... I agree and use Flickr, Picasa etc. myself. You are so right, sites that Google loves... Hey, I've been busier than a ______________ ... Making plans for total global domination from my Eastlake office in Seattle, working on videos, holding down a desk... and now rebuilding my Dell Laptop that crashed a couple of weeks ago... throw in a few other life changing events etc. here.... But through it all I've learned a lot (1. forgot about laptops and their built in Broadcom security chips)... what a headache. Anyway, I'm back!
Great idea! Thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks Adam... It was a great find.
I see it now...
