Hi Bill, When i saw this all sorts of names popped into my head for this center located where? White Trash Way? Just kidding ;-)

Either the center owners, probably a REIT, goofed. Or the apartment devleoper (could also be a REIT) goofed.
Sounds like one stop shopping for a biker gang except for the bar!
