BLACKHORSE RANCH - Want a sophisticaed neighborhood with easy access to HWY 290? Located off HWY 290 and Fry rd. Opened in 2000 and Features 2 top rated golf courses. Many amenities. Homes priced from $170's to custom homes in gated estate section.
FAIRFIELD - This Friendswood master planned community is off HWY 290 and Mason Rd.and boasts over 3200 acres. Is its own community with 3 elementary schools, churches, and a new outlet mall. LAKEWOOD FOREST - Beginning back in the 1970's, this area became one of the most well knowned areas in the northwest. With over 2,500 residences and 18 sections, this area is in the backyard of Hewlett Packard. Mature trees, close to restaurants and shopping, why wouldn't you want to live here?
