From the government viewpoints there are so much committee meetings and redtape you have to go through, it takes years before a project could get the go ahead. I understand that there are companies out there who takes the process from inception of the purchase of land, they charge a percentage rate or fixed amount and they handle the complete process until the subdivisions are approved, I will like to hear weather you do everything your self or you subcontract to other companies?
