Home Stagers are a gift to this industry, I just came back from an open house with a client, the home was very cluttered, beds not made up and the place smell of smoke everywhere, this turned off my client, the home on the mls seemed quite attractive to warrant our visit, at least the agent should ensure the home is in a showing state, this turned off my client, however we visited another home, not far away, not very appealing on the mls, but home was impeccable, could not find a flaw, the question was asked, and the answer ,home was staged. We are discussing the option of an offer.
