S 3217 - Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010

Call  to action... take the time to research this bill in the senate... if it passes we will have to have the same licenses as a bank to provide or offer seller financing. That will wipe out the investors who carry notes on their properties... better look into it and get word to your senators that this is not a good bill and should be killed ASAP.
