We currently are located in 10 locations throughout Texas, our flagship office is located in

Austin.

3. Are there plans to expand in Texas?

We have very aggressive growth plans well into 2008. We have strong growth projections

for our central Texas offices from Dallas though the I-35 corridor to San Antonio and

beyond...

4. Does Centerpoint offer any "special" loan products?

Centerpoint specializes in a variety of "special" products. We offer an incredible variety

of financing options outside of the conventional, including Interest-Only, Adjustable-Rate

& Jumbo, HELOC, Pledged Asset, Fixed Rate and Reverse Mortgages. We also service

the needs of investors with numerous financing options as well as first time homebuyers.

We can handle almost any home financing need.
