Admirals Reach is a well planned community of condominiums of 230-plus units built between 1992 and 1996.  The community is located in Annapolis, Maryland minutes off Rt. 50 and a short distance from downtown and other area attractions - also located nearby is the Anne Arundel Medical Center.  Most of the condominium units are single level two bedroom two bathroom units.

The condos are about 1,200 sq. feet.  There are two layouts depending on if you are in the front of the building or the back of the building.  Almost all are two bedroom two bath units.  The floor plan consists of an open living room combined with a dining area and a galley kitchen.  The top floors of the buildings at Admirals Reach are loft units.  Those units on the front of the building are smaller in design than those on the back of the building.  These rear units, many of which face out to wooded privacy, offer a bump out in addition to the loft with over 1,300 sq. ft. of living space on two levels.  The lofts are accessed with a traditional staircase (instead of a spiral staircase found for example in the loft units at Windgate).  There are several buildings with a lower level "basement" condo.  These units are on the backs of several buildings and offer patios (rather than a balcony) and back to the woods.

Admirals Reach is one of two communities along the Bestgate Corridor (the other is Tidewater Colony) that has amenities including outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, work out facility, and club house.

There are currently 4 condominiums for sale at Admirals Reach. The average list price for condos on the market is $288,875.  This are 3 units currently under contract.  The average asking price for units under contract is $282,400.  There have been no units that have sold in the last 90 days.  The average days on market is 48 for active listings.
