The fith Annual Duck Jam took place this past weekend in College Station at the Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater. Duck Jam is a great and fun event that raises funds for the benefit of Ducks Unlimited'sWetlands Conservation Program. Lots of activities and lots of music for two days with the highlight of the concert portion being Willie Nelson . http://www.duckjam.org/

I agree this is a great event. As for Willie, we tried to get tickets when he came to Canyon Lake but they were sold out. He sure is a performer.

When I was a young man the beautiful Wood Ducks were almost going extinct. I now see more of them than any others here. I believe Ducks Unlimited is partially responsible for the great success.

Trey, such a wonderful effort to maintain the environment. Wood ducks are people too. That's what we always say about our Golden Retriever "Ginger"! It applies to all living things. Nice post!
