You may want to include some content highlighting your expertise on the region in general and local market specifically. Maybe in your local resources pages instead of having just links you may want to write a paragraph or two about each place with a link. You could also write content related to the positive aspects of the area. You want to set yourself up as an authority on your local area so potential clients trust that you know everything about the neighborhoods where you are active. An example would be to write about upcoming events in the area and include your take on each event. You want to sell the area you work in and yourself.
You could also look at adding some additional tools like mortgage calcs, etc so users can find what they need without leaving your site. Also make sure your blog is pinging technorati & other blog feed sites and that you provide an easy way for users to subscribe to your feed.
Hi again Anthony,
I did take a look at your site and the one thing that I noticed is that you don't have a way for buyer's to do a search (at least I didn't see one). I see that you have your listings or your companies listings but if a buyer wants to search all properties in the area there doesn't appear to be a way for them to do that.
I learned in my GRI classes that the reason people come to a REALTOR'S website is to search the MLS. If they find what they are looking for then they will contact you. But if they can't search the MLS they will move on to the next site.
Hope that is helpful.
