- Agreement. Before applying for a Michigan mortgage and purchasing a home of your own, make sure that you and your family agree on what your needs are and what you are looking for.
- Comfort with your lender. Do you feel comfortable with the lender that you've chosen for your Michigan mortgage? If you still have questions, be sure to get the answers that you need. It's never a good idea to go into something with a bad feeling about it.

I would love to buy a rental in Michigan. Can you put that in writing that their are NO CLOSING COSTS. NO title and escrow fees will be paid, and I will get a fixed rate at par. I want something around $200,000 to $300,000. At least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. SFR with a 2 car garage. My credit mid is 719. We could go Full Doc. Can you do it?
