Selling a house in DuPont, Washington is all about first impressions and curb appeal. That said, what about that mowing curb you spent close to a thousand dollars on a couple of years ago. When I drive up to a house and see a well defined edge to a lawn I appreciate the pride in ownership, the home owner has displayed. Don't let the moss take over your investment.

If you own a pressure washer in less than an hour you can clean up that mowing edge and make it look like new. If you don't own a pressure washer you can rent one from a rental mart or hardware store in some cases. Remember how much you paid for your mowing strip and with a little maintenance it will remain a highlight to the outside of your home. Also consider only a handful of homes in DuPont have cemented mowing strips and clients always comment on them.  

Now that you've cleaned those curbs, why not give that side walk the once over before you put the pressure washer away or return it to the rental mart. Don't skip the small easy tasks!
