Have a new blog?
Want it to rank up the engines fast?
Want to start getting leads?
A lot of you are new here on Active Rain and may not know me. I was very active on AR in the early days, I even moderated the AR system and gave out those enviable featured posts for the better part of 2007. Real Estate blogging was just getting started back then and we were pioneering it. It was such great fun!
Once our blogs took off we didn't have as much time to spend online, we were busy all the time, so many of us had to trim our activities and focus on our sites and our real estate business. Most of our sites are highly successful now, sitting at the top of the search engines and generating tons of leads while others have few or none.
I started my Long Beach real estate blog a little over 3 years ago, shortly after joining Active Rain, and drove it right up to the top of the search engines and have kept it there for both the short and the long tail.........and I receive incredible traffic. I'm going to teach you how to do the same thing!

I noticed the last webinar was in April. Are there any upcoming training events in the future? Nice post! Thanks!
I'm on the ground and need to get up! Any classes coming soon?
Thanks Laurie...I need all the help I can get when it comes to "blogging"...
I'll need to check that out. I am going through the motions but not sure how really effective I', being. Actually going to a couple of local classes here next week but will keep this in mind.
Good review of basic and important information. Thanks for sharing
Rats! If the seminar was being held in April 2011 I'd be signing up. Too bad I found this post so late!
Your the second person in 24 hours that has spoke about Real Estate Tomato...thanks for the second opinion.
Would love to see the webinar. How does one find it?
Okay, I know I need to figure out how to see this webinar too? is it still available - apparently there are a few of us (newer folks) who could use some direction. Thanks.
I would love to see your webinar -- it sounds awesome! Thanks.
Laurie, It sounds like you have found the formula for blog success. Well done!!!!!!!!
Yeah good job on your blog, I took some pointers from your page.
Hi Laurie, looks like you have taken your own experience and transformed it into a way to educate and coach others-great success story!
Well, Laurie, for all of us who missed this 2 years ago, there;s an in-depth blogging training going on right now right here ate AR, and it's FREE. We just finished our 3rd week, I've been blogging here a few years, but I've learned quite a few new tricks on these weekly sessions. Blogging Boot Camp. Get in while you can.
Laurie, I am still a newbie but I get the power of blogging. I have included it with my other social media tools and it has gotten me recognition.
Thanks for your post, Laurie. My problem is that I am "opportunity bound" and have trouble settling on the next blog post. I carry 3 x 5 cards to write down blog topics as they occur to me.
Great post. I need classes...Do you ever come to NC to do classes..?
Nice post.
Its hard to tell what the time line is?
Bryan
Well, this post sure has a long tail! I guess that's because of the star?
