I hope David is right Thomas, it's about time things get back to normal in this business.
Well, don't forget about the next two months to allow for all of those accepted offers to close and you get your commission checks. Now, it is time to get back to old business and we will see who can survive. Thus, seperating the men& women from the boys & girls.
I'm not sure that we'll be able to measure this clearly.
We have the tax credit factor, but we also have another wave of foreclosures coming, which is another factor to cloud the source of any measurable change.
I'm not quick to jump on the bandwagon that things will return to normal pretty quickly here. Let's keep our fingers crossed that I'm wrong.
I've read of some instances of fraud where people were backdating the contract to get in under the April 30 deadline. It's amazing what money will make people do.
So far so good. The market hasn't slowed after tax credit. I am finding that the amount of properties that first timers are starting to become a little scarce
