In the final couple of weeks of Federal Tax Credit, market in the Twin Cities area keep moving at a fast pace.  More buyers are making their final selection and placing offers.  Inventory varies in different areas and price ranges, but there plenty of listings to satisfy most.  Low priced lender-owned homes receive multiple offers. Higher priced homes stay on the market longer, but even those are getting more attention.

 A Twin Cities home for sale inventory has only increased this week by 1.1% from last week, that’s because more homes were sold.  Pending sales in the Twin Cities are up again week-over-week, and they increased by 60.
