COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ALIVE AND WELL IN THE WOODLANDS, TX!  With all of the bad news out there concerning commercial real estate, I am happy to report that here in The Woodlands, TX and , we are experiencing an upswing in contracts, closings and new listings.

I just heard Donald Trump on Fox News this morning say that NOW is a great time to purchase real estate and that he himself was in the buying mode.  In our market specifically, there are some wonderful opportunities for investment, business start-ups, expansion or a possible relocation for a business.  We are seeing the bank deals going rather quickly and bidding wars ensuing on several properties.

If you are interested in knowing the commercial opportunities in our market, give me a call and one of our agents can assist you in any area of commercial real estate.  Our experience in all areas of commercial real estate gives our firm the edge over our competitors.

We look forward to working with you and look forward to your call.

Paula, Good to hear of the commercial spark in your area.  Our residential market far outweighs the activity of our commercial, especially with small business under 25 employees in our downtown area.  Always like hearing what Trump has to say.

Hang in there with the commercial market.  It will come back and with in a big way!  Just can't keep us creative small business people down for long.
