I am experimenting with a cool idea where I go out on the broker open houses and make a video of my adventures.
My hope is to do this once per week so I can keep people informed of what's new on the market in the La Canada, Foothills, and Glendale region.
I would love feedback from any of you out there to let me know if this is a concept that is working.

Super idea! Innovative and you seem comfortable on camera! Great job. Music bed a tad distracting with level and there is an external mic you can plug in to many video cameras to avoid the built in that gets wind noise, can make you sound holler, in a submarine.
My clients are taking a Realtor to court who videoed my listing, their home, without anyone's permission. They specifically did not want a virtual tour to avoid risk of theft, etc. Be careful!!
Thanks to those of you who have responded here. I am still working on mixing the audio levels properly. I do state at the end that this video is meant only to convey what is on the market and that the listings may or may not be from my broker. My intention is not to misprepresent that these are my listings, but to let people know that I am out in the area looking at the new homes on the market on their behalf.
