INVESTORS ARE THE BEDROCK- THEY ROCK!
This may seem obvious, after all, I am a REALTOR you say, of course you love Investors, they buy houses. Yes, they buy houses and they buy them in number and of course, that is always a good thing because investors mean repeat business.
But the reason I really appreciate investors is for the EDUCATION that they give to me. I know investors in Volusia County who have bought and sold more real estate probably than the top producers of our boards have sold in years.
These investors have done it with their money, with OPM- Other Peoples Money- with Hard Money...you name it, these guys and gals are some incredibly smart cookies. These folks are the Rembrandt's of Artists when it comes to creativity of financing for structuring a deal. They understand the inner workings of the Volusia County Courthouse paperwork processing like the IBM Tech Repairman knows his copier equipment tract to fix a paper jam.
Investors know the legalities and have the finest legal minds researching each and every nook and cranny looking for the loopholes and they have the testosterone to use them to their advantage. Investors are the every day "Donalds" Wheeling and dealing and making the world turn one parcel at a time.
Go to an Investors Club Meeting sometime and listen to these amazing individuals and you will be in awe. Every day folk- pretty humble usually- no one looks real flashy but I bet if you counted up the money that they transacted in that room in real estate in any 30 day period it would put most real estate offices to shame.
Investors are the bedrock of our economy, they put their hard earned money at risk because they still believe that capitalism works and that real estate is still a good investment. I admire these folks, especially now because if anyone is equipped to turn around the impossible, to think outside of the box and come up with solutions that will actually work.....it is our investor population.
