Motivational Power Quote

Why is a Woman is Like a Tea Bag?

"A woman is like a tea bag -

you never know how strong she is

until she gets into hot water."

Eleanor Roosevelt, former First Lady

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Why is a woman like a tea bag?

We don't know the strength of a tea bag until we put the tea bag into hot water.

A woman's true strength comes to the surface when she gets into hot water and then you'll see her real strength comes out.

You'll see a women stand out under pressure and at that very moment you will see her determination and resolve carry the day.

Never underestimate the strength of a woman.

Lou, This is very true.  And I think it is the same for both sexes - you don't know the mettle of a person until it's tested.

Lou, I'm married to an incredible woman who has been tested and swims when the water gets hot.

I've had to come back and admit, I'm usually guy heating the water.

Lou, that is so true.  Eleanor Roosevelt was a pretty smart lady!  One of her favorite quotes of mine is "Learn from the mistakes of others.  You can't live long enough to make them all yourself."
