Southwest Las Vegas Home Sales: Average nnd Median Prices

Homes in southwest Las Vegas saw average selling prices fall 4.03% in March of 2010. The median selling price increased 0.32%. For 2009 the average selling price for southwest Las Vegas homes was down 9.74%, while the median selling price fell 15.79%.
