Northwest Las Vegas Home Sales: Average and Median Prices
Homes in northwest Las Vegas saw average selling prices fall 4.30% in March of 2010. The median selling price increased 1.48%. For 2009 the average selling price for northwest Las Vegas homes was down 10.50%, while the median selling price fell 13.90%.
