Interviewer: Hi, I am Mark Eibner with Metro Brokers TV. We are here today at the Bales Street Townhome project, which is a Habitat for Humanity project, and I am here today with Ben Gabossi, and Ben, welcome to the show.
Ben Gabossi: All right. Thank you, appreciate it.
Interviewer: So, have you volunteered before with Metro Brokers and Habitat for Humanity?
Ben Gabossi: Yeah, I have a few times in the past years at different locations, you know. The other ones were single family homes, but, you know, it's still the same, same type of project where everybody is volunteering their time and whether you have expertise or not, it doesn't matter so...
Interviewer: So, what kind of expertise are you working on today?
Ben Gabossi: Today I am, you know, got the Michaelangelo brush going on here, so it's a little finish interior paint and we are just trying to get things detailed out a little bit.
Interviewer: Well as a real estate broker, you got to have some painting experience, right?
Ben Gabossi: Oh yeah, exactly, you know, with multitasking this is it, right in the finest, if you might want to say that.
Interviewer: So, tell us how long you have been with Metro Brokers?
Ben Gabossi: I have been with Metro Brokers about two and a half years. I have been a realtor about 11 years and I just, you know, trying to make the best of everything. I enjoy Metro Brokers and everybody I met, met some really nice people today actually and...
Interviewer: Do you have your own company with Metro or you're a broker associate, why don't you tell us about your company?
Ben Gabossi: Yeah it's, I am a broker, it's Gabossi and Associates, so I just, you know, just myself. I got a nice golden retriever and my wife, that's the associates, so...I just pretty much run, you know, a one-man show at this point.
Interviewer: Right pretty much as to specialize in residential?
Ben Gabossi: Yeah, right, exactly. Yeah residential and some investors so that, you know, somebody who is thinking about rental properties I have had some, we do have some, and so we have some experiences that you can share to help your clients with to avoid maybe things, which you already had about experience with, so.
Interviewer: You bet. Well, we appreciate you helping with Metro Brokers and being involved in Habitat for Humanity benefits. It's people like you that make Metro Brokers what it is.
Ben Gabossi: All right, appreciate it. Thanks for the opportunity.
