The owner had his house listed for almost a year with no offers, noshowings. His agent had told him what to price the house at. Well, it just sat and sat and sat! When it expired, we sent him our expired listing package. He loved it and called us. Nestor got the listing right over the phone. Of course we like to get to know our clients and get a feel for the house for our marketing plan so Nestor met him at the property to get a good look over. He held on to his file until the week before closing, not communicating with me and on and on. I finally told the buyer that he should use someone I knew would get the deal done and if he couldn't he would let me know right away. No beating around the bush. We did get the deal done, we got an extension from the seller and buyer because a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush! So we CLOSED! Now everyone is happy!
