Making good decisions
Having personal standards with and values give us a strong foundation for our decision making.
Making decision for the right reason may represent a challenge at the moment that we have to make a decision. What we will find is that we made the right decision for the right reason and as a result we make a good decision.
Decisions become easier to make when they are based on our values and not our emotions. Values give us a clear view of what has to be done and why we have to do it. Where emotional decisions have a tendency of being reactive and in many cases complicate the situation.
Be a person of high standards and values and you'll make better and more effective decisions.
