I've used vFlyer, Postlets, and ListHub in the past, but I just stumbled across an amazing new listing syndicator call IsNowListed.
It has all the functionality of the aforementioned websites, but gave me a main listing page for ALL of my listings in addition to Single Property websites. The interface was also much better for sharing listings on Facebook, etc.
The two other features I found that blow the others away are:
- The ability to make flyers with the click of a button (I've used RE/MAX Design Center in the past and it's a pain to upload everything individually!).
- YouTube video creation! OMG! It automatically posted a video to YouTube branded with MY CONTACT INFO, linking back to MY PAGE. Within 24 hours, most of my listings were on the first page of Google, just by searching the address!
They're only in beta testing right now (not sure if there's a limit?), but it's FREE right now...I think I read that's it's only gonna be $20 once the full version is out, but I can't find where I read that...anyway, sign up now while it's FREE!!!
