Welcome to Desirable Residential Community of "Village Gate" located in the City of Plantation Florida.  This Neighborhood consists of 65 Single Family Homes that were built between 1997 and 1998.   All of the Homes built here are 2 stories with square footage ranging anywhere from 1,800 to 2,200 square feet under air. There are many wonderful Parks close by such as "Sunset Park" and "Central Park" and great local Shopping at the "Vizcaya Square", and the "Plantation Promenade".  Children can attend the following public schools of Central Park Elementary, Plantation Middle School and Plantation High School.
