William, love the pictures on the graphs in the backgound; nice job.  In your market if a house is lited by agent 1 for 30 days and then agent 2 for 30 days, is the dom 60 days or only 30 dyas?  Chicoland does cumulative DOM, our board calculates by whatever days on market is with the latest agent.
